Job Description:

We are seeking joyful sales associates with a passion for customer service and strong knowledge of JOY Macarons’ brand and products. Positions are available at our Lowest Greenville location. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be available to work nights and weekends!

Qualifications:

• Engaging personality and high energy level
• Enthusiasm for customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Detailed knowledge of all JOY Macarons products
• Strong sales ability
• Proactive problem solving and communication

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming, positive environment in the store
• Stock / restock display cabinet and freezers
• Engage customers and “drive” each customer interaction
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Educate customers on ingredients, production methods, and flavors for all products
• Prepare coffee and tea
• Track inventory of products and supplies and replenish as necessary
• Manage / reconcile cash drawer
• Assist with quality control for all products
• Ensure cleanliness of retail area and restroom and restock service items as necessary
