Host/Beertender

We have full and part-time positions available in our West Boca and Boynton Beach locations.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Host/Beertender to be the face of our establishment. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting guests, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will serve as a Beertender, serving drinks, making recommendations, and ensuring our guests have a fantastic time.

Will also be cross trained as an axe throwing coach.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide information about axe throwing services, pricing and protocols.
• Manage reservations, check-in guests for axe throwing sessions, and process payments.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, wine, mead, and non-alcoholic options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking beverage, snacks and supplies.
• Engage with guests, create a friendly atmosphere, and address any concerns or questions promptly.
• Follow all alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a bar or entertainment setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work at more than one location is a plus.
• Weekend and evening shifts required – Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
