Job Duties

• To load and unload freight, scan, and sort freight within the facility.
• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations – (Preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs & maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

Pay Rate: $20.37 per hour Schedule: Monday: Start at 2:30 AM Tuesday: Start times at 3:30 AM and 6:30 AM Wednesday: Start at 3:00 AM and either 4:00 AM or 6:30 AM Thursday: Start at 3:00 AM and either 4:00 AM or 6:30 AM Friday: Start at 3:00 AM

Further, candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of: 1) their current driver’s abstract; 2) their performance during application interviews; and 3) their performance on any driver competency assessments administered

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou GED préféré

Opérations de FedEx Canada et réglementations douanières canadiennes – (Souhaité)

Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles

Capacité à réussir toutes les formations de base et périodiques.

Doit avoir la capacité de soulever 70 lb et de manœuvrer tout colis pesant jusqu’à 150 lb avec l’équipement approprié
