We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee project crews and ensure the successful execution of assigned projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage crews on a variety of industrial, refinery and pipeline construction tasks, including welding, pipefitting, and pipeline construction.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Coordinate daily work activities, timesheets, daily reports, daily job photos, manage schedules, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Operator Qualifications (OQs).
  • Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project progress and goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues efficiently, making critical decisions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and report on milestones to upper management.
  • Ensure all welding and fabrication processes meet industry standards and client specifications.

Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years of verifiable experience in a Superintendent or higher position within refinery, pipeline construction, welding, or a related field.
  • Operator Qualification (OQ) experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pipe systems, components, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Handson experience in general construction, welding and fabrication processes.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and willingness to travel for project assignments.
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
  • Must pass a preemployment drug test.
