Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide concierge support to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Front Desk Operations: Handle reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with resort teams to support events and activities.
Event Support: Assist with basic event logistics, such as directing guests or coordinating with the operations team.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with guests to promote Foxhall’s amenities and foster repeat visits.
Lead with Hospitality: Deliver outstanding service that enhances Foxhall Resort’s reputation as a premier destination
