Your role in our mission
  • Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year
  • Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload)
  • Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7Am and 7PM Monday thru Friday
  • Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time.
  • Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday
  • If there are distractions during the interview, there will be distractions when working – we will pass on the candidate
  • Experience in Health Care industry with an understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
