Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our reputable Medical Center . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide information about medical services, appointments, and promotions.
- Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, and follow-up consultations.
- Achieve sales targets through effective telemarketing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Assist in resolving patient inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
- Previous telemarketing/sales experience (Healthcare background is a plus).
- Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have own visa or husband’s visa.
