Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our reputable Medical Center . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Provide information about medical services, appointments, and promotions.
  • Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, and follow-up consultations.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective telemarketing techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Assist in resolving patient inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
  • Previous telemarketing/sales experience (Healthcare background is a plus).
  • Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have own visa or husband’s visa.
