  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives.
  • Provide customer service support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions.
  • Conduct proofreading of correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests.
