Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
– Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
– Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
– Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry and filing
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Provide support to other departments as needed

Experience:
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
– Proficient in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and phone systems
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
– Familiarity with accounting systems is a plus
– Experience working in a CPA office is a bonus
