What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact)

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
  • Greet walk-in customers and create a welcoming first impression
  • Schedule jobs and coordinate calendars between technicians and customers
  • Enter customer orders, measurements, and payments into our CRM system
  • Check in glass orders, inventory, and materials as they arrive
  • Call customers to confirm and schedule installations or service appointments
  • Collect deposits and maintain accurate customer records
  • Support smooth daily operations so our technicians can stay efficient in the field
