Receptionist/ Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Maintain and update all necessary records, files, and databases
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction company is preferred

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Must be immediately available and currently in the UAE
