Job Summary
seeking an organized Personal Assistant to support executive and personal needs in a home and office setting. The ideal candidate will possess administrative skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves providing administrative support, project support, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations both at home and in the office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars to schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide administrative and personal support and transcription.
- Oversee office management duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining supplies, and front desk responsibilities.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage personal errands and household tasks as needed to support daily operations.
- Use office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and data management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing professional support.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Support role in an office or home setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Office management tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook Calendar, strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with professional phone etiquette.
- Prior experience in clerical work, data entry, proofreading, transcription, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with office procedures including filing systems, front desk operations, and office supply management is advantageous.
