Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our food service operations. This employee will be the sole employee of our Gator Grill which is going to be an air conditioned food trailer placed on the golf course to serve golfers during their rounds of golf. This employee will take orders, cook food to order (very simple items such as hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, etc.) and serve drinks/snacks. The employee will have ample opportunity to boost pay with tips! This position will be Friday – Sunday from 9AM – 5PM and will run from March – November each year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Employee must be 18 and willing to get TABC certification within first 30 days of employment.
