The Waiter will provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects Al Hallab’s standards of hospitality. The role requires attentiveness, product knowledge, and the ability to serve with efficiency and courtesy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when requested.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and promptly relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
  • Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Uphold Al Hallab’s standards of hospitality and customer service.
