DESCRIPTION
Seeking an individual to provide support with the overall operation of the program. The candidate will provide a personal desire to make a difference for the organization’s consumers, staff, and the public in a supportive role. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Pay Rate: $10.00/hr
Schedule: Part-time, 28 hours max a week; will discuss further during the interview.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, HS Transcripts, or GED/HS Equivalency Certificate.
- 1-3+ years of experience is preferred
- Current/valid non-expired driver’s license. This position requires driving. To meet the driving requirements, you must be at least 21 and have an insurable driving record to utilize company vehicles.
- Social security card
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and typing 40+ wpm
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Perform secretarial and clerical tasks assigned
