Job Summary
Lawfirm Receptionist. We are looking for a candidate to be the face and voice of our boutique lawfirm. A polished professional who can manage front desk operations with poise, efficiency, and a high degrees of confidentiality. ​

Key Responsiblities:

Client interaction: greet clients with warmth and manage a multi line phone system to screen and route calls.

Administrative support: assist with new client intakes, organize digital and physical files, handle incoming and outgoing mail and court documents.

Office coordination: maintain a tidy reception area and closed file room.

Errands: taking and picking up physical filings from the courthouse.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft word/outlook/excell.

High school diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree pref​erred).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills a must.

Must be fluent in Spanish.
