Duties

• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and a focus on guest relations
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts
