Duties
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and handle inquiries promptly
- Maintain organized filing systems, including digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, proofreading, and document editing to ensure accuracy in all communications and records
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, and maintaining cleanliness
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent service at all times
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
- Previous experience in roles such as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, filing systems, and general administrative practices
