We are looking to hire an enthusiastic fresher or experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant / Receptionist who is a people-person, who has the self moto to provide assistance to his team, and clients, and also we have a family-vibes environment where each team member feel inclusion and loved by other team members, and we are looking for pro-active people who are positive and looking for their own happiness and also for others focused onto the productive approaches and anticipating problems, and provide high quality work. Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of using CRM systems and platforms such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut.
  • Coordinating with clients, the database, and inquiries if required.
  • Filling out Legal Forms when required.
  • Managing and updating the listings on the CRM Data Entry (Editing and posting ads and verifying in portals).
  • Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents & details as needed.
  • Prepare Tenancy Contracts..
  • Prepare a weekly listing report & ensure all the listing information is accurate.
  • Generate RERA permits, renew RERA license, Broker Cards through the Trakheesi portal.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately by the direct manager and team members.
  • Tracking and monitoring payments and obligations.
  • Check all property images and coordinate with the photographer/content coordinator.
  • Place online orders for office facilities
  • Being the number 1 person to approach for any administrative task required.
  • Participate in publishing job posts, shortlisting, and conducting screening interviews

Requirements (preferred):

  • Feel free to apply if you are a fresher
  • Real Estate experience is preferred for the same position.
  • Experience in CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Complete the attached assessments in the same post
