Full job description

  • Keep records of all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Organize and store documents properly (soft copy and hard copy).
  • Prepare and update document logs and registers.
  • Make sure all documents have the right numbers, versions, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with other departments for document submission and review.
  • Follow document control procedures and keep everything up to date.
  • Help during audits by providing documents when needed.

Experience -Minimum 1 year as an Document Controller

The candidate should be able to work efficiently with MS Office tools .
