Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Manager to join our team and play a critical role in the successful execution of a high-profile railway/metro project in the UAE. This transformative infrastructure initiative will enhance urban connectivity and improve public transportation efficiency, requiring seamless collaboration among various stakeholders.
As the Stakeholder Manager, you will lead the development and execution of stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring project objectives align with the interests of government agencies, regulatory bodies, clients, local communities, and other key partners. Your expertise in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, mitigating risks, and building strong relationships will be critical to the timely and successful delivery of the project.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder management strategy, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project phases.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, municipalities, transport agencies, regulatory bodies, clients, and local communities to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, addressing concerns, feedback, and requirements.
- Organize and lead regular stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations to provide updates, gather input, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage public relations efforts related to the project, developing communication plans to engage the community and address any concerns.
