Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle calls, emails, and front desk responsibilities
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Assist in student registration and coordination
- Support sales and marketing team when required
- Manage invoicing and basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate with management for smooth office operations
Requirements
- Female candidate (as per company requirement)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai (UAE experience required)
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Basic sales knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well organized and professional attitude
