About Noon

Noon is the region’s leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, Noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The Noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion.

Noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

Coffee Crew Member (No Experience Required)

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the coffee industry. If you have the right attitude and willingness to grow, we will provide the necessary training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per company standards
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
• Follow operational guidelines and store procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month

Work Location

• Based in Noon stores across the UAE
• Candidates must be flexible and willing to relocate anywhere within the UAE as required

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)

• Able to manage own accommodation and transportation
• Good communication skills
