La Brisa is seeking a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across our luxury holiday homes. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Prior experience in hotels or holiday home rentals is preferred, and a valid driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across multiple properties
  • Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure top-tier cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff
  • Plan and manage staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repair or service issues
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally
  • Report operational issues and provide solutions to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in hotels or holiday home rentals
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
