Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Camp Boss to manage and supervise the daily operations of our workers’ accommodation facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth camp operations, hygiene, staff discipline, and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall camp management and staff welfare
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of the camp
• Manage catering, security, and facility services
• Maintain camp inventory and supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle grievances and resolve any issues related to accommodation

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of proven experience as a Camp Boss
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and facility management
• Must be locally available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
