THE TEAM

As part of the Front Office team, you will work closely with the Concierge and Guest Services to ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and transportation experiences. You will report directly to the Front Office leadership team and serve as a key representative of the hotel while on the road and on property.

YOUR ROLE

As a Guest Driver, you will be the first and last impression for many of our guests. You will ensure safe, smooth, and exceptional transportation experiences that uphold Rosewood’s service standards. Your attention to detail, warm hospitality, and commitment to safety will contribute directly to the overall guest journey and the success of the hotel.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Provide warm, professional greetings and farewells at all guest pick‑up and drop‑off points.
• Safely transport guests to airports, business meetings, shopping destinations, and local attractions.
• Maintain the hotel vehicle in pristine condition—clean, polished, fueled, and fully functional.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure their comfort during entry, exit, and travel.
• Coordinate closely with the Concierge and Front Office teams for timely and accurate transfers.
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, vehicle usage, and maintenance needs.
