Job Summary
The Perfume Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s perfume products at retail outlets, exhibitions, kiosks, and promotional events. The role focuses on engaging customers, demonstrating fragrances, driving sales, and maintaining brand image in line with company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement
- Actively promote perfume products to walk-in customers
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances
- Demonstrate products, explain fragrance notes, longevity, and usage
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Brand Representation
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image
- Deliver accurate product information and brand messaging
- Ensure display counters are clean, attractive, and well-stocked
- Follow company guidelines for promotions and campaigns
Inventory & Reporting
- Monitor stock levels at the counter and report shortages
- Prevent product damage, loss, or misuse
- Maintain basic sales records and submit daily sales reports
- Coordinate with the supervisor for replenishment and feedback
Customer Service
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and professionally
- Collect customer feedback and market insights

- Achievement of sales targets
- Conversion rate of customer interactions to sales
- Customer satisfaction and feedback
- Product knowledge and demonstration quality
- Attendance, punctuality, and discipline
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
