The Role
Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management • Maintain front desk operations and office cleanliness coordination • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and client details • Coordinate with accounts/management for billing follow-ups • Schedule meetings and manage calendars when required • Perform general administrative and clerical support task

Requirements

  • Should have similar experience in UAE • Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management • Should know to speak English and Tagalog • Salary is up to AED 4200 • Location : JLT – DMCC • Working days : M- F
