We are looking for a driven Full-Time Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This role offers a high 60% commission with strong company support. The ideal candidate will manage buyer and investor inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close sales across Dubai’s residential and off-plan market.
Responsibilities:
- Handle buyer and investor inquiries (company-provided leads)
- Promote off-plan and ready properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Real estate or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Professional and presentable
- English required (other languages a plus)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
