Full job description

We are looking for a driven Full-Time Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This role offers a high 60% commission with strong company support. The ideal candidate will manage buyer and investor inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close sales across Dubai’s residential and off-plan market.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle buyer and investor inquiries (company-provided leads)
  • Promote off-plan and ready properties
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Real estate or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Professional and presentable
  • English required (other languages a plus)
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
