Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized jewellery consultations
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Explain product details including gold purity, diamonds, and pricing
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new collections
• Handle sales transactions and coordinate with the cashier when required
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
