Job Description:
Enaya Carpet LLC is looking for a proactive Online Sales Support Executive to manage digital customer interactions and support online sales. You will assist engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads via phone and WhatsApp, provide product information and successfully closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries across digital channels.
Provide accurate information on carpets, pricing, availability, and delivery.
Assist customers in choosing products based on preferences and budget.
Convert high ticket inquiries into sales by delivering warm and engaging experience for leads.
Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams to confirm stock and deliveries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain customer databases, inquiry logs, and sales records.
Maintain high conversion rates through persuasive, needs-based selling and clear communication by achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Support online promotions and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of online customer service or retail sales experience in the UAE.
Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office and high ticket sales; CRM experience preferred.
Experience with high-ticket sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
