Full job description

Beverage & Food Preparation

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following Café recipes and standards.

Create latte art and present drinks attractively to enhance the customer experience.

Assist in preparing light food items and pastries when required.

Customer Service

Greet every customer warmly and engage with them in a friendly, inclusive manner.

Take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations.

Handle customer concerns politely and work to resolve them promptly.

Operational Tasks

Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and correctly.

Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

Keep track of expiry dates and rotate stock to maintain freshness.

Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and honesty.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar and seating area.

Wash and sanitize equipment and utensils regularly.

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Teamwork & Contribution

Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service.

Share feedback and ideas to improve service and menu offerings.

Represent Café’s values in every interaction—with customers, suppliers, and the community.
