Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist lab staff in routine laboratory activities and daily operations.
• Clean, wash, and dry laboratory glassware, tools, and equipment.
• Help in collecting, labeling, and transporting samples as instructed.
• Support in preparing basic materials required for testing (under supervision).
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the laboratory area.
• Assist in safe handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory waste.
• Follow laboratory safety rules, PPE requirements, and MSDS guidelines.
• Help in arranging chemicals, reagents, and consumables in designated storage areas.
• Support lab staff during audits, inspections, and stock verification.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the laboratory supervisor.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum High School / Secondary School education.
• ITI / basic laboratory training is an added advantage.
• 0–1 year experience in a laboratory or industrial environment preferred (freshers can be considered).

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of laboratory cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Physically fit to handle routine lab support work.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
