Position: Waiter & Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome .
• Present menus and provide detailed information on our food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the cafe manager.

Requirements:

• Visa Status: Must have your own valid visa (e.g., husband’s visa, family visa, freelance visa) and be legally eligible to work in the UAE with an NOC.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a cafe or restaurant setting is a strong advantage. Kitchen experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Tagalog is a significant advantage.
