- Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations during service hours.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area.
- Monitor reservations, guest seating, and table turnover to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Greet and interact with guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and report trends or areas for improvement to senior management.
