About the Role – Pool Attendant
As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience at the pool area by providing warm, attentive, and professional service. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the pool, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for.
Your duties will include greeting guests, assisting them with towels and sun loungers, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the pool area, responding to guest requests, and ensuring all safety and hygiene standards are followed. Using your friendly personality and strong communication skills, you will build positive connections with guests while working efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
You will also collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to deliver orders promptly and ensure the pool area runs smoothly throughout the day. In return, we provide professional training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow your skills within a luxury hospitality setting.
About You
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, beach club, or resort environment. You will be confident, well-presented, and passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.
