Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.

· Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.

· Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

· Provide Premium Handling for all vehicles, ensuring no damage occurs.

· Issue and manage valet tickets accurately.

· Maintain a tidy and organized valet area.

· Collaborate with the team to ensure 24/7 Service coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Valid UAE driving license (manual and automatic transmission).

· Clean driving record.

· Previous experience in valet parking or professional driving is preferred.

· Ability to drive a wide range of vehicle types (luxury cars, SUVs, etc.).

· Trained Staff mentality: willingness to follow procedures and protocols.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and run as needed.

· Must be presentable with a professional demeanor.
