Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Secretary/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior administrative or receptionist experience and be comfortable managing a busy office environment while providing excellent customer service.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative support to management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
