Role Purpose

The Warehouse Production Line Worker is responsible for assembling, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products on the production line while ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and productivity targets are met. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Inspect finished goods for quality and accuracy
• Package and label products correctly for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
• Meet daily production targets and performance metrics
• Assist in inventory handling and stock movement as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or production line experience is an advantage
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (as required)
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
