Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.)
  • Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Ensure office supplies and pantry stock are always available
  • Assist staff with simple errands and daily office support tasks
  • Help with meeting room preparation and setup if required
  • Coordinate with the administrative team for ad-hoc tasks and general assistance

Requirements:

  • English proficiency at C1 level
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Based in Dubai
