Key Responsibilities
Bar Support & Preparation
- Restock bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware
- Ensure bar areas are fully prepared before service
- Support bartenders during peak periods to maintain service speed
Cleanliness & Organisation
- Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, storage areas, and back bar
- Wash, polish, and restock glassware as required
- Manage waste and recycling in line with standards
Stock & Deliveries
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating bar stock
- Support stock counts and inventory checks
- Report shortages or issues to senior bar staff
Standards & Discipline
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Support opening and closing duties
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Bar readiness and service support efficiency
- Cleanliness and organisation of bar areas
- Stock availability and accuracy
- Teamwork and reliability
Candidate Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and progress within bar operations
