Job Summary

As a Rooms Controller at our esteemed 5-star hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Front of House Department. You will be responsible for overseeing the allocation of guest rooms, coordinating with various departments to fulfil guest requests, and maintaining accurate records of room status. Your attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences will contribute significantly to the overall success and reputation of our establishment.

About You

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position as Rooms Controller in a 5-star hotel. You should have excellent computer and typing skills as well as Microsoft Office and Opera proficiency. Strong listening and comprehension skills are essential. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, German or Mandarin are advantageous.
