Job Description

Leading, supervising and encouraging the work of the service staff.
Planning work schedules and organizing shifts for employees.
Monitoring stock levels of food, beverages and raw materials and ensuring timely availability.
Overseeing daily tasks and ensuring duties are completed properly by team members.

Job Requirements

Relevant professional qualification in hospitality or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
A responsible, detail-oriented and dependable personality.
