Summary
As a Guest Service Officer – Reservation, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring a memorable Andaz experience. You are expected to contribute positively towards the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the reservation department and guest services to successfully achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Excellent English communications on both verbal and writing skills
Well versed with Opera system are beneficial
