The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the hospitality standards of our 4–5 star hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately
• Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas are clean and organized
• Upsell menu items and promote hotel offerings
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a guest-focused approach
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic F&B service standards
• Professional grooming and appearance
