What will I be doing?
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver personalized, attentive, and luxury-level service.
  • Oversee table allocations, reservations, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in collaboration with the Culinary team.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance development of the restaurant team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management processes.
  • Contribute to upselling initiatives and promotional activities to drive revenue.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the Food & Beverage division.
