You do.- DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for an Head Of Sales Support in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Ensure effective, accurate, and timely execution of sales back-office commercial and administrative activities to support business growth and customer acquisition. Contribute to sales effectiveness by translating sales strategy and priorities into practical action plans, identifying improvement opportunities in sales processes and systems, and initiating operational and digital improvements across internal and customer-facing activities. Lead and manage the Sales Support team, overseeing quotations, bids, CRM processes, reporting, and customer coordination, while driving process discipline, continuous improvement initiatives, sales projects, and audits in line with business strategy, sales objectives, and company policies.

In this Head of Sales Support position

  • Drive continuous improvement of sales support and sales operations processes to increase sales effectiveness, speed, and quality of execution.
  • Lead digitalization of internal sales processes and customer-facing solutions (myDHLi), ensuring efficient, transparent, and scalable ways of working.
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve internal sales playbooks, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent sales execution.
  • Support sales onboarding programs by coordinating tools, processes, training materials, and practical sales enablement content.
  • Coordinate internal sales events, sales effectiveness sessions, and cross-functional workshops to support knowledge sharing, alignment, and execution excellence.
  • Manage and continuously improve quotation, RFQ, and bid management processes, with clear quality standards, turnaround time measurement, and approval discipline.
