Full job description

The Female Office Assistant will assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day, including cleaning up common areas and restocking supplies.
  • Office Pantry Supervision
  • Prepare Refreshments: Assist with preparing and serving tea, coffee, snacks, and drinks for employees and clients.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Ensure that the office has sufficient supplies, including stationery, and inform the relevant person when supplies need to be reordered.
  • Assist Management: Serving food for the management team. (Breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks.)
  • Assist with Meetings: Help set up meeting rooms, prepare materials for meetings, and ensure that refreshments are available.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with staff and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Freshers are welcome.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with typical office hours.
  • Some physical work may be required, such as moving office supplies and cleaning common areas.
  • Office environment with a need for maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.
