Full job description
What’s the job about?
Ansarada is a global leader in M&A technology solutions and platforms, providing innovative solutions for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, insolvency, private equity, buy and sell side and other complex corporate transactions.
We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth across the UAE and wider Middle East. This is a true hunter role – focused on winning new logos, building a qualified pipeline, and closing complex deals across the advisory ecosystem.
You’ll operate in a high-performance sales environment with clear targets, strong sales discipline, and a focus on outcomes. Success is measured by pipeline quality, win rate, forecast accuracy, and revenue closed — not activity for activity’s sake.
You’ll be part of a tight, high-calibre team of three, working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and regional GTM leaders. The expectation is ownership, pace, and accountability, balanced with strong collaboration and shared wins.
This role suits someone who is self-motivated, commercially sharp, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment where high standards and continuous improvement are the norm.
Some of the key activities of this role include:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets for our key customers in the UAE and the wider Middle East Market.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at Investment Banks
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Inside Sales Reps, Account-Based Marketing colleagues, and other GTM teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with global CFT (Corporate Focus Teams) to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and best practices.
