Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Reservation Agent with strong sales and conversion skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming booking inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations with high closing ratios
• Manage availability, rates, and booking systems efficiently
• Upsell premium services and maximize occupancy and revenue
• Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest experience
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records in the reservation system

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar sales/customer service role (holiday homes or hospitality preferred)
• Strong conversion and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet booking targets
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
